Another favorite quote is: "The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible." Author unknown. Dickey's philosophy follows John Milton's: "Give me the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties." John Milton Dickey tries to help people understand the dynamics operating in human society and within human beings so they can make more informed decisions about their choices in life and how they view the world. He also tries to help others become aware that they may have a "Da Vinci" hidden within waiting for the right conditions to surface. Dickey has a BA in Economics from NC State University in Raleigh, NC. As you read the text, you will understand why major discovery frequently comes from "outside the field" by relative unknowns, and why it often has little to do with education levels. In fact, formal education can be an impediment to discovery and innovation. Many of the greats had little formal education at all, such as Thomas Edison, Leonardo da Vinci, James Watt, and millions of others.

Dickey Eason is blessed--some might say cursed--with a never-ending curiosity about how and why the world works as it does, and he possesses the tenacity required to dig for the answers.
